Project Manager eHCM

The incumbent is responsible for developing project plans and schedules based on the assigned eHCM track, coordinating resources, tasks and activities to achieve project goals and managing deliverables according to the plan. The incumbent will also provide status reports and manage the escalation of team-based issues.

Duties and Responsibilities: 
  1. Develops project plans, schedules and determines appropriate procedures for the assigned eHCM projects. Track and manages outlined tasks, milestones, costs, resources and timelines to achieve project goals.
  1. Works closely with stakeholders on project activities such as technical milestones, planning and execution, production cutover and change management
  1. Manages budgetary requirements, allocates resources effectively and controls project costs
  1. Analyses complex situations, adapts to changes in project scope, schedule, or requirements and provides solutions for the way forward
  1. Identifies potential risks to the eHCM project and implements mitigation strategies to manage risks appropriately
  1. Establishes and maintains effective communication channels with project teams and stakeholders. Provides regular technical reports on the progress of the eHCM implementation, including milestones achieved, challenges faced and potential risks.
  1. Prepares and presents presentations and reports to internal and external stakeholders
  1. Performs other related duties as required
Minimum Experience and Training: 

1. Seven (7) years’ experience managing project teams in a high quality project driven environment.

2. Three (3) years’ operating at a supervisory level.

3. Experience in delivering enterprise-wide technology transformations.

4. Experience using e-Government technology platforms.

Knowledge: 

1. Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Project Management or Social Science, from a recognised and accredited University.

2. Specialized certification in Project Management.

3. Post graduate qualifications would be an asset.
